Marvel Lab is a multidisciplinary research initiative by Dr. Anthony Ojo
committed to advancing knowledge and practical innovation across computing,
artificial intelligence, digital education, process automation, data science,
and human-centred computing.
Our Approach
Research that has to work outside the lab
Every project at Marvel Lab starts from a real constraint — a clinician who
needs to trust a model's output, a classroom with unreliable internet, a
research team buried in paperwork. We treat explainability, accessibility,
and reliability as first-class requirements, not afterthoughts, and we
measure success by whether a project survives contact with the people it
was built for.
The lab works with postgraduate researchers, industry partners, and
collaborating institutions across AI, digital education, computing,
data science, and process automation.
Our Mission
From research to measurable impact
Marvel Lab aims to create a productive bridge between academic research
and practical technology. We explore emerging ideas, develop and evaluate
computational methods, build useful digital systems, and share knowledge
through publications, collaborations, educational resources, and open
innovation.
The goal is not simply to develop new technology, but to understand how
technology can be designed, evaluated, and applied responsibly to address
meaningful problems in education, research, industry, and society.
